1. How old do you have to be to attend the conference? The conference is geared for high school students aged 15 to 19.

2. How much does it cost?
Early bird fee is $550.00 with registration before Jun 20. Regular registration is $600.00 if registration is received after Jun 20. See What does it cost?

3. What will I need to bring?
Bring a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, toiletries, your Bible, casual but modest clothing (including clothes appropriate for outdoor activities), and a small fan if desired. Conference meeting rooms are air conditioned, but the residences are not.

4. How do I get there?
Crieff Hills Conference Center is located 18 km south of Guelph, 3 km south of Hwy. 401 on Hwy 6 South, and 6 km west of Hwy 6 south on Leslie Road or 10 km east of Cambridge Townline Road on Puslinch Conc. # 1. See Location

5. What is your cancellation policy?
Tuition can be refunded only for cancellations made prior to Jul 1 or for health reasons thereafter and are subject to a $75 processing fee. There is no refund if a student leaves prior to the end of their session for any reason, including disciplinary action.

6. Do I have to be a Christian?
No, but the focus and content of the courses may not be of interest to someone who is not familiar with the teachings of Christ.

7. What is the accommodation like?
The girls’ residence is a magnificent two storey stone farmhouse with original wood floors in its upper level. It features a wood-burning fireplace and the front door opens onto hiking trails. The boys’ residence is a two storey cedar framed house also with a wood-burning fireplace and a large adjacent yard with a fire pit.

8. Who will be supervising the students?
College age students have been hired and trained to mentor the students and will accompany them 24 hours a day. Other adult staff members will be on site and in the residences at all hours as well.

10. Do I need other spending money?
All meals, snacks, and recreation are provided and students will not leave the conference location. However students may choose to bring a small amount of money to purchase books or CDs available from the speakers.

11. What if someone should need medical attention?
In case of emergency
, a medical advisor will be on call. The conference center is located only 10 minutes from St. Mary’s Hospital in Cambridge.

12. What is the registration process?
The registration process includes:

  1. Complete and submit the application along with all necessary documents. See Signup
  2. Include payment with cheques payable to CCHE.
  3. An acceptance package will be sent to you including details such as what to bring and required reading prior to attending.

13. When will I know I’m accepted?
We will review the applications as they are received with all required documentation and respond as quickly as possible. There will be a modest amount of reading required prior to attending the conference.
