Comments From Parents:
"(My son) thoroughly enjoyed the week and said it was great. He was stretched; he said his faith was stretched and strengthened; he came back on fire for God; he made great friendships, and much more. His first response to how he liked it was, "Can I go again next year? It was great!". He learned so much and is anxious to read more and learn more about apologetics. How exciting that is!"
"She was really moved by the experience and cried in the car ride home."
"I would highly recommend the experience. From class work, presenters, and reading material, to time with peers, to helping the adult volunteers this was an awesome experience for young people who share a common faith to come together and challenge each other as they explore their faith."
Comments from students:
"This is a fantastic conference to grow in your faith and learn how to defend and share your faith. I've learned so much that I feel prepared to discuss religions and worldviews with other people."
"It's a crucial training week for students who are concerned with living lives as authentic followers of Christ. This training opportunity will reinforce the foundations of rational faith using evidence to support the claims of both worldviews to reveal which is more plausible and consistent..."
"CYWAL has changed my life. It has challenged and inspired me to live for God in everything I do and to constantly share Christ's love with others...The people here have challenged me to live at a higher standard for God."

Do you wish you could engage in more serious spiritual conversations with your friends but you are feeling ill equipped to do so? Have your friends ever asked you a question of depth and you missed the opportunity to carry the conversation in a meaningful way?
We know high school students are quite capable of grappling with challenging spiritual questions, not only of the Christian faith but of other faiths and other worldviews. You just need the opportunities to learn.
Our goal is to equip you to engage others effectively in spiritual conversations. Never with the end of 'winning' the intellectual debate, but always with the end of awakening others to their need to deal with the question, Who is Jesus?
We teach about the Christian worldview, opposing worldviews, apologetics, evangelism and leadership. Through this training your confidence in your faith in Christ will grow which will in turn better equip you to help others in their search for spiritual truth and point them toward the cross.
